Planning and Methodology
We can advise on the best research methods for your project. Once this
has been assessed and finalised we then design questionnaires and screeners, we will then establish the most cost effective methodology to move forward, do we use a paper and pen approach or use CATI?
The Telephone unit has the capability to undertake a variety of research projects such as:
- Telephone interviewing. A full range of interviews of various lengths and levels of complexity can be conducted. These interviews can be paper based, CATI or audio taped.
- Recruitment. The Telephone Unit has extensive experience in recruitment for focus groups and in-depth interviews. We offer a full recruitment service consisting of booking venues, finding respondents, sending out confirmation letters with details of dates, times and locations and confirming respondents on the day.
- Satisfaction Surveys. A customer satisfaction survey allows you to assess how your customers perceive your company and your services.
- Data base cleaning/ Fact finding. Consumer Bubble offers a cost effective means of updating customer information, allowing you to identify any changes in customer needs whilst maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction/retention.
- We can also conduct fact finding projects via telephone or mail, allowing you to identify future business opportunities.
- Face-to-face interviewing. This can be paper based, CAPI or audio recorded.
